Warranty & Return
1.All our items come with a 2 month Manufacture Warranty. The warranty will not cover damage from
improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, and incorrect voltage operating
the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual.
2.You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this
item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACeMENT.
3. Defective and Damage Items Caused By Shipment.Please be ready to provide customer service
photographs clearly showing the damaged packaging as well as “Proof of Damage” documentation
to process your exchanging or refund.
4.Defective and Damage Items Caused By Quality.Please be ready to provide customer service
photographs clearly showing the problem with the item as soon as possible.
5.We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original
condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH Buyer and
Seller cancel the transaction from aliexpress. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.
6.Buyers Might Need to pay the Shipping fee For resend the replaced item.
